Bailey Davis, DVM
Medical Director


Dr. Bailey Davis grew up in Petersburg, Illinois. She completed her undergraduate work at University of Illinois in Champaign where she majored in Animal Sciences with a minor in Chemistry. She then moved to Manhattan, KS and obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine and Masters of Public Health from Kansas State University. 
After completing vet school, Dr. Davis moved back to central Illinois and started working at the Animal Emergency Clinic in June 2015. She has served as the medical director at the AEC since 2022. Professional interests include emergency medicine, internal medicine and shelter medicine. Dr. Davis also does relief work in the surrounding areas.
 
Dr. Davis resides in Petersburg, Illinois with her golden retrievers, Yadi and RBI, and her cat, Sketti. Outside of work, Dr. Davis enjoys reading, STL Cardinals and all things fall, especially Halloween!
