We took our 7 month old lab pup there after she had diarrhea and vomiting. She took a bad turn after our vet closed at 5:00pm.  They were polite and prompt with her care. We took her home that night and she is feeling much better already. Pretty sure they saved her life. Would go there again. Thank you so much!

Nobody wants to go through an emergency situation with your beloved furry friend but if you do, you definitely want to go here. From the initial phone call & check in and treatment to checking out it was very professional, thorough & compassionate. Everything was explained & we were in charge of which plan of action we wanted to take with our sweet girl Kacie. The attending Dr. was so kind & took the time to explain things to us. She asked if we had any questions & addressed those. Every person we encountered were so competent, courteous, professional and kind at a stressful time.

Cannot give the team here at the Animal Emergency Clinic enough praise. Our young kitty woke up this past weekend with a complete blockage and couldn't urinate. Within minutes of arrival we were given a diagnosis, discussed with the doctor, approved the estimate, and admitted him for treatment. A very short time later the Dr. called advising all went well with clearing the blockage and he is being monitored over night. Each time a new crew came in, we received a call advising how he was doing and advising next steps. We were able to pick him up within 24 hours and the total was less then estimated and we received a credit back. Amazing experience, friendly and great staff at every interaction and I am so thankful they are here in the event we ever have another emergency. Thanks so very much for all you do!

We’ve had to visit this clinic a few times with our dogs, and unfortunately had to make another trip late last night with our beagle. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, compassionate, and so helpful, it truly made a difference in that moment. Even though they were busy, the team moved things along as quickly as possible. The vet was incredibly thorough and did everything our regular vet would have done, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing our boy was in excellent hands. The techs were absolute gems and treated him with such care and gentleness. Thank you to the entire team for not only taking such good care of our boy, but also for being so compassionate toward us during a stressful time. We live about 50 minutes away and our vet is closed on weekends, so we’re very grateful to have such a dedicated emergency clinic to turn to when we need it most!
